Capricorn Insurance Services is committed to a fair, transparent and timely resolution of disputes. We subscribe to the National Insurance Brokers Association's (NIBA) Insurance Brokers Code of Practice.
Capricorn Insurance Services is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (ACFA), an external dispute resolution which is accessible to clients free of charge in the event Capricorn Insurance Services hasn't dealt with the complaint in a satisfactory manner.
